Beautiful hotel in an amazing setting.

The hotel surroundings are amazing and the food at the hotel is nice to come back to after a day of exploring. The spa is very lovely.

While the hotel is very accommodating in helping to get us drivers, it would have been nice to be able to pay the drivers directly so you know that the majority of the $ is going to them.

Gorgeous resort in the middle of the jungle

Absolutely loved everything! Such a beautiful hotel, the surroundings are stunning. Sitting outside your villa while listening to the jungle is just amazing! The staff are exceptional, always so friendly and go out of their way to help. Will never ever forget this place, always going to be a special place in our hearts

Outstanding accommodation in beautiful part of the world

Accommodation (2 Bed Villa with Pool) was brilliant for a family of 4 as it had loads of space and was very well maintained. View was incredible over the jungle. Location within long walking distance gf Ubud, but very tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle Staff were all excellent and very friendly, in particular Tama who also took us on a tour. In house restaurant very pleasant for breakfast and good for evening meal if you want to stay in

The most magical experience

The property was beautiful. The staff couldn’t do enough, I have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff, When they realised that I would struggle to walk up and down the steps. They moved me to a nearer room. The food was excellent and the free afternoon tea was a lovely touch.

Only 1 very minor problem. Could do with handrail on the steps. Not ideal for someone with a walking problem.

Most amazing stay in the jungle in Ubud!!

Everything! The Jannata resort was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was meticulous. The spaces were open and stunning with gorgeous jungle views, and extremely well cared for. The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all of our travels around the world. We were traveling with our three teenage kids, and we got the two bedroom jungle pool villa, which was amazing! We each had our own dedicated bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and an additional living room area downstairs with an additional bathroom, which was perfect when you have five people staying together. The pool was refreshing and a wonderful place for all five of us to hang out together and the showers were hot and amazing!! The staff was also able to help us book drivers if we needed to go anywhere, but they also had a free shuttle service that takes you directly into the heart of Uber town, which was very convenient. The food and service were wonderful, and we could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend staying here!! We loved it!

Very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped with transportation so location wasn’t an issue. Fantastic food and we had a great massage at the spa. Felt very looked after.

You are in the jungle so common to get lizards, even in the room. They generally stay hidden though. Didn’t bother us.

Exceptional and relaxing with pool and great view

Thank you to the incredible staff for their hospitality. The hotel's beauty amidst nature amazed us, and we were pleasantly surprised by the absence of bugs. The food was exceptional breakfast and dinner. The spa was so clean and relaxing and the staff knew exactly to what to do.

The hotel is a great escape from all the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Relaxing at the pool overlooking the jungle was so relaxing. The staff made us feel at home and helped us with any wishes that we had. The hotel location is perfect. Can walk into Ubud along the famous walk or catch the shuttle . Our warmest thanks to the staff for their wonderful care during our stay.

Lovely stay at Jannata

Very friendly well-meaning staff. Beautiful pool, room, view and facilities. Great bathroom facilities. Complimentary Afternoon Tea was a bonus. A breakfast box can be provided if you're due to be up and out early.

Only a few minor gripes: 1) The last shuttle/transport from Ubud is at 17:30, so a little more flexibility would have been appreciated! 2) Staff were unwilling to provide milk or creamer for the hot drink facilities in your room - so make sure you're happy with black tea and/or coffee! 3) The Hollandaise Sauce served with the Eggs Benedict was more of a sparing dribble rather than an amount sufficient for the dish. Come on Jannata, it's not going to break the bank!

Gorgeous escape

A gorgeous small hotel hidden on the lush green of Ubud, with a lovely personnel. We loved the nature, tranquillity, the staff, overall a beautiful hotel.

The pool it’s not heated and the water it’s quite cold. My daughter didn’t want to play in the water for that reason.

Best place for a stay in Ubud

Magnificient hotel in Ubud. One of the best hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. The staff is so friendly and kindful, they didn't allow us to carry even 1 bag, they took care of all of our luggage. They welcomed us with a hot towel and delicious welcome drink. The rooms were spacious and very luxurious with all of the facilities we can think of (they even provided flip-flops and mosquito repellent). The view of the jungle is fascinating. You can enjoy having a hot bath with that incredible view from your room. The breakfast was very delicious with different varieties. We really enjoyed the free homemade cookies they gifted us on the second night of our stay. We enjoyed the stunning view while swimming in the infinity pool, we even ordered a floating breakfast and it was such amazing experience! Would recommend to anyone visiting Ubud, you will not regreat your stay in Jannata, I promise!

Amazing honeymoon retreat with private pool nested with a jungle view

This resort was a highlight for us, one of the few places in Bali where we got to relax and spend a lot of time in the hotel. We got a room with a private pool which was a definitive highlight of our stay and one of our favorite hotels because of that. The room was great, internet worked well, and breakfast was also very delicious. A pleasant surprise was the availability of shisha for rentals at the restaurant and pool, a nice little vacation add-on for me! We got massages twice and the massage area was beautiful as well as the yoga area above it (though I didn't use it for Yoga). We had torrential downpour one night after dinner - and it was very nice they had umbrellas, and its those details that make for a great 10 rating!

I think I saw this in other reviews, so it is not something that I didn't like just something to note is that there are lots of stairs. If you want a private room with private pool assume you will need to walk more than if you're staying near the crowd and by the pool. But, we knew this and were prepared.

Amazing place to relax, stunning views!

Staff at front desk and restaurant were all amazing! Very attentive. This resort was so beautiful. Very well maintained. Food and cocktails was also excellent every meal. Did not disappoint. Lots of choices on their menu to choose from.

The spa treatments and therapist could use some refining. My treatment wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped for. The only disappointing part of my stay at Jannata.
