The location was wonderful. Very easy to arrive from Milan on the train, walk the city, visit the monastero and enjoy the waterfront restaurants. The host was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and was very accessible once we arrived.
The apt was very well appointed. We were happy with everything.

Excellent location right by the water.
Can be noisy at times. Long stairs uphill makes it difficult to carry luggage

Stunning location on the waterfront with balcony, well equipped and very comfortable. Very close to excellent restaurants and local shops, and only 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry and train station.
Some noise from ~07:30 onwards from the gelateria downstairs. Sunday afternoon when we arrived was packed but after that not a problem. Very small compromises given the unbeatable location.
