Excellent location right by the water.
Can be noisy at times. Long stairs uphill makes it difficult to carry luggage

Stunning location on the waterfront with balcony, well equipped and very comfortable. Very close to excellent restaurants and local shops, and only 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry and train station.
Some noise from ~07:30 onwards from the gelateria downstairs. Sunday afternoon when we arrived was packed but after that not a problem. Very small compromises given the unbeatable location.
