Casa Margherita is a charming apartment located in the historic center of Varenna, a stone's throw from the lake and the landing stage, easily reachable along the picturesque walkway on the lakeside "Passerella". It is located a short distance from the "Molo di Sotto" beach, the "Riva Grande" and all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and bars. Apartment located in the center of the town, spread over an area of about 100 m2 on a single floor, in the furnishings it sees a mix of the most classic Lombard style with modern design furnishings. Inside we find the entrance, the kitchen/dining area with a large wooden table and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, an induction hob, a kettle and all the cooking equipment. A small hallway conceals a sink and washing machine. Continuing down the corridor, we find a bathroom with a small bath/shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is located in the center of Varenna, just 700 meters from the Varenna/Esino station and 300 meters from the pier that connects Varenna to Bellagio and the entire central lake.
