Location was excellent, could not fault that.
But, the apartment seemed to need a really good clean. Mould in the tile grout in the showers, dishes were not clean - mainly because there’s no plug to put in the kitchen sink so you can wash up and only a roll of paper towels to wipe up.
To bring the apartment up to standard there are a few things I would suggest;
. A really good clean from top to bottom, especially the shower.
. Fix all the little broken cupboard and wardrobe doors,
. Make the kitchen more usable - tea towels, a Toaster, a Kettle, renew the crockery.
All of this would have minimal cost and would bring the place up to a better standard.
Cleanliness. Needs a really good clean and tile grout needs scrubbing to get rid of mould.
