Amazing view great location charming apartment.

Extremely well cared for , sparkly clean. Great location, very responsive and helpful owner . The view is amazing. Compared to other town we visited , Varenna is much quieter and more relaxing. The place is even better in person that the photos shown.

We would love to go back and stay at Andrea’s place again!

We loved our stay in Varenna in Andrea’s apartment! It has a really lovely view from the living room window - the lake and the mountains of course but also the buildings of Varenna with their beautiful colours of yellow and pink and their terra cotta roof tops. The apartment is very spacious even if you had four people staying. The little terrazzo was nice for afternoon drinks. The shower is good and there’s a small washing machine. We found the bed comfortable. The location is the best right close to the main square with restaurants and gelato. Right next door is a café (Italian bar) with good coffee and cornetti for breakfast. Just past that is a bakery and then a salumeria. It was an easy walk to the ferries to go to Bellagio and Menaggio. Also there’s a parking garage very close by. Andrea was always available and helpful.

If we come back to Varenna we won’t have to think about where to stay because the Marina House had every thing we needed

The apt was spacious, clean and comfortable with a full bathroom and kitchen. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. There was also a huge amount of storage. Having a washing machine was a wonderful benefit. Also, the location (very close to the Royal Victoria Hotel) couldn’t have been better!

Exceptional

Excellent location opposite the tourist information in the town centre. Lovely view of lake from the lounge window and also a balcony to sit outside. Accommodation very clean and everything worked as it should. Host very attentive and easy to reach via messaging.

Nothing to dislike. The apartment is on the top floor which was no problem for us but maybe guests who are more elderly or infirm should be fully aware of it. Access by stairs but again it wasn't a problem for us.

Amazing big villa with beautiful views of the lake from every room and balcony. Great location in the heart of the town square. Friendly helpful hosts with great communication.

There wasn't anything we didn't love, however there is no elevator and the villa is on the top floor of the building so a certain degree of fitness is required to manage the stairs with luggage.

The apartment by itself (just as on the photos) which is literally in the city center… Coffee on the balcony with an incredible view, bar with croissants right near the house, church bells …. and even flowers in pot so we could feel ourselves at home… well, just pure joy and love from the first stay. Super supportive host (Andrea, thanks a lot!) haa.. And for sure Varenna! simply the best location for a good rest.
