It was clean, great location and staff were friendly
There was no basic welcome pack eg coffee, milk, bread and no basic cooking ingredients eg oil etc. Also, the air conditioner in the lounge and main bedroom need to be serviced as they do not get very cold.

Modern, clean, location was perfect! Facilities in kitchen were sufficient! Washing machine! Book provided instructions for various appliances etc!
It is on the 2nd floor with no lift! We had to get our luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs with no help! After a full day of touring climbing 2 flights was hard at our age (60s)
Only one bathroom has a shower so we had to share the one shower. Not preferred which is why we sought 2 bathrooms.
Both of these were not disclosed properly in ad on booking.com site.

The location in Varenna is excellent.
We are three older people, two over seventy. The flat was two flights up with no lift. Very difficult with suitcases. This should have been mentioned in the information.
