Location and having a small apt was nice. Having a washer was a must for us as we are traveling for several weeks.
Bathroom was dated, towels were very thin and not great quality. Only provided 1 towel each for multiple days. Windows opened for breeze which was very nice, but at night the road noise made it very hard to sleep.

Good location. It was new and very clean.
There are lots of stairs in Varenna, including at the property up to the room, but we were expecting that, and managed easily.

Great location and very clean.
There were minimal supplies for cooking. No hot pads and the listing stated a coffee maker but there was only a very grungy moka pot.
