The location was perfect so close to everything in Varenna and really easy to explore other places from there too
We arrived late due to a delayed flight and the keys were not in the locked box. We had to reach out to support, drop our cases at the nearby hotel and rush to get to our dinner reservation. The hotel have the master key which is worth knowing! I would stay here again now I know the setup.

I love the location and the apartment stil newly renovated. except the building rather old. but the view from the Balcony was spectacular, we can see the lake in the morning and have a cup of coffee from the table provided. overall everything was satisfying. the host also provided us with luggage carryer to apartment coz it was on 4th floor.
the entrance and the access to the apartment was not proper look old and not maintain. but inside apartment was completely different story. all furniture and the utensil were all new and well maintain.

Very modern, the view was wonderful.
Initially getting in, there wasn’t an actual button to buzz us in. We got lucky someone was coming out when we were coming into the building to let us in.

Perfect location and apartment, spacious, clean with perfect terasse.
The instruction how to enter were not clear, I have called the number we had for help and very, very rude girl answered, didnt listen to me and hung up. After that we have received mesage to go to hotel Royal Victoria and they were very helpful and kind but the girl ruined the total impression of the property.
