Our stay could not have been better!!
Location can’t be beat. If you are able to book this property, do it!! You won’t regret it. My only hesitation about giving an excellent review is that the place will be harder to book next trip.
There was nothing not to like. But I will point out a few things you should know. It still would not have changed our mind on staying, and I would go back to this property over and over because the place and the views are so amazing. Just note, all bedrooms are accessed from the outside. There is an elevator to reach upper two bedrooms and the main floor. The third bedroom is also accessed from the outside by use of stairs going down. And the bathroom for 3rd bedroom is also accessed by going outside. It still worked perfectly for our family stay, but it may not work for everyone. The host was so accommodating and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The home was very clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to ferry and to local store for provisions.

as, when we were sleeping in the gallery bedroom the toilet was downstairs in this room & the next door property garden gate is visible from the glass door..

Prachtige villa op uitstekende locatie direct aan het Como meer.
Locatie direct aan het meer, authentieke villa, eigen parkeerplaats, mooie terrassen, veerverbindingen naar oa Menaggio en Bellagio
Inrichting/meubilair was beetje oud/krakkemikkig. Geen gordijnen in de slaapkamers. Housekeeper kwam veel en onverwacht aanwaaien.
