The view was incredible could not have asked for a better location. The town of Varenna was our favorite so sweet and not too crowded. We loved staying there over the other more crowded ports on lake Como

Beautiful, clean older estate house in an excellent location. Plenty of room and three sizable bedrooms. Good gathering space for families. Excellent views of the lake.
Nespresso coffee maker didnt work. Took a little while to get the house warm when we arrived. Downstairs bath a little dated. Grounds could use some care.

The beautiful views of lake Como from windows and terrace were amazing. Villa was a grandiose place and accommodated family of four adequately. Beds were comfy.
Language barrier was a bit challenging to communicate issues like locks and gates. Had some concern it was not cleaned in between stays very well. Floors were dirty and had ants in one of the bathrooms
