Sweet Love Varenna

Location, location, location. This property is less than 5 min walk from Varenna-Esino train station. It is also 5 min walk to the ferry station that can take you to Bellagio and other towns on the lake. This property has two full baths and a washing machine (no dryer, but clothes hang-dry on an August day). There's one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs is a loft with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. My only complaint is the lack of AC; the many fans provided by the host were not enough to cool the place down during an August night, unfortunately...

No AC, but the host said he'll have them installed by September, 2026.

Not equipped to handle the heat wave. No portable AC. There is a small washer but no dryer. Electricity was gone a whole night due to some construction or something in this crazy hot weather and it was so loud outside as we had to leave the windows open. Barely slept that night. Quite a bit of steps and elevations and is hard to get there with luggage specially in hot weather

Location, size of the property was fair

Recitation rubbish left on the property. No Air conditioning. Property needs modernising. The quality is really not up to scratch with other apartments we have stayed in for example in Milan
