Overall, it was a very clean apartment which we all had for ourselves. It was conveniently located near the attractions.
the ACs were not as efficient as expected. The single bathroom is not enough for a family of 4. There should be a washing machine moreso than a dishwasher since this is more useful for tourists. The living room needs an AC.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Varenna. Probably the best restaurant in all of Varenna is right on your doorstep.
Both rooms had air con which was very much needed during our stay.
Lovely staff who assisted with check in and holding our bags
I don’t think the property is good value for money- we stayed an extra night in Varenna somewhere else that was much cheaper with a bigger, cleaner room and superb views of the lake.
The single beds in the second room are extremely uncomfortable- very soft, you sink in the middle and can feel the springs. The bed in the double room was fine.
The wifi didn’t work well upstairs (where the bedrooms are) only downstream right near the router.

Location.
Advertise with aircondition, but in reality it was just a body of air conditioning, that blow only warm air around the room…not worth the price we paid.
