The Sweet Square flat is located on Como Lake, directly on the San Giorgio’s square in Varenna. The location is very strategic in this beautiful and romantic town, because is just a few steps from the lake, the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto", the famous and picturesque "Riva Grande", the romantic “lake promenade” and also very nearby to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.
This flat has been completely renovated on 2015, with high quality materials and refined furnishings. The main colors are white, grey and beige to give guests an atmosphere of relax and cuddles. The flat is on the second (and last) floor in an house of few units. It consists of entrance, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft and 2 balconies with view on the main square and the church.

The Sweet Square flat is equipped with dining table, chairs, bookcases, sofa bed, 2 double beds, wardrobes; and also TV, Wifi, Air condition, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, dishes, glasses, hairdryer, washing machine and all the necessary for the complete use. The first bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. The second (and private) bathroom is equipped with sink and toilet.
The Sweet Square flat is located in the center of Varenna and at only 150 meters from the parking, 400 meters from the train station of Varenna, with direct trains to and from Milan every hour, and 300 meters from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the lake center
