Great location for a one night stay in a lovely town
Great location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Apartment was well equipped, we had three of us and there was one double bed on the bedroom plus a couch that folded out into a sleeper bed in the living area. Great view from the side windows of the Lake Como
Hotel description and photos are a little misleading as we expected to have views right across the lake however the views were only from the side windows in an awkward position. When the sleeper couch is folded out space in the living room is very tight. Would have been nice to have some tea and milk provided.

Big, clean with good facilities.
It has very complete facility- microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooking etc. Clean and big! 12 mins walking distance from the train station.
No dryer, clothes will be a little hard to dry after wash. Still need to go one floor up by stairs (troublesome with big luggage). Should inform earlier that we can follow the ‘car way’ to the house to avoid stairs. Small problem: The shower door cannot close completely so the water will leak out on the floor.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The only 2 things we wished were if there were some hangers provided and Go
The property was very clean, neat, and new! The bathroom has the lake view. We loved everything about this flat.
No hangers available but no big deal. We wouldn’t rate this place any less than 5 stars because of this minor issue.

This property was amazing! Great location and plenty of space. The view is absolutely stunning. AC worked great which is usually questionable in Italy. I would definitely stay here again if back in Lake Como!

Un excellent emplacement L’arrivée possible dès 12h30
La cuisine à peine équipée Des couettes trop légères pour l’hiver (on l’a signalé au propriétaire qui n’a rien fait) Les draps très usés et de piètre qualité Le manque de communication avec le propriétaire qui a certes répondu à mon 1er message mais très tardivement et qui laisse les suivants sans réponse (nous avons eu froid la nuit pendant les 2 nuits du séjour), sa communication très bruite quand il communiquait ( risque d’amende si on salit les serviettes, devait nous mette à dispo des cotons à démaquiller ce qui n’était pas le cas)
