Great location , nice view from balcony and good value for 4 beds apartment

Great location and lovely views from the balcony The wine provider was a nice touch

The heating was not working so it was very cold . Eventually someone came to fix the heating and it was working The video tutorial for the heating was wrong Only one mirror in a 2 bedroom apartment There was a coffee percolator but no filters to be able to use it

location is fine but all the rest is average

we only had one fan as the other was broken making it difficult to sleep without a/c the apartment was not cleaned properly

Brilliant place to stay, would definately go back

Location was very central with a beautiful view. Property itself was excellent inside and very spacious. Apt G had to floors with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. Small balcony off the living area with fantastic views of the Lake.

Property is in the middle of a hilly cobble stone lane, so would not recommend it for anyone with a disability. Also, more mirrors are needed. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none anywhere else at all. We were attending my daughter's wedding so as you can imagine, everyone trying to get ready at once with just one small wall mirror in the bathroom wasn't good.

Very good

Central location to the town/village and easy access via ferry to other more touristy spots. The apartment was spacious and had good facilities. Mostly quiet at night and everything is within a 10 minute walk. Lovely place to visit without the 1000s of tourists in Belaggio.

Felt like some of the facilities need a refresh. E.g Toilet seat was broken but otherwise all good.

we had trouble finding the location and the keys, called the provided phone numbers several times but no one picked up. after 2 hours of searching a local waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us search. lights in the bathroom did not work, windows would blow open if there was a bit wind. the view from the pictures can only be seen from specific angles

Spectacular landscapes viewed from a beautiful apartment. Would return in a heartbeat.

The location was superb. Wonderful lake views and just a minute’s walk to cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well furnished.

There needs to be more information provided about things like the Wi-Fi code, where to put the rubbish and where the nearest grocery stores are. We had to email with questions during our stay and whilst messages were responded to promptly, it would have been nicer and less hassle to have the information available in the apartment.

Great, centrally located, roomy apt. with nice lake view.

The location was exceptional.

The property was a little minimalistic. Light bulbs needed replacing. With the difficulty in getting groceries, they might provide a little coffee, seasonings, etc. They should consider a mirror in each bedroom. Need washer instructions. No Wi-Fi.

Enjoyable first visit to the lakes - ferries and trains excellent value

excellent location ( apart from the bells at 7o'clock each morning ha) Wife missed having a mirror in bedroom. Enjoyable stay and a wonderful small outside terrace over looking Lake

nothing of real concern - We did have a slight difficulty on opening key safe on arrival - few sites that we planned to visit were closed
