Inside, a kitchen, a comfortable living room overlooking the characteristic "contrade - districts" of the village, a comfortable and spacious bedroom on the upper floor with lake view, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a flat-screen TV.

The apt is inside a pedestrian zone in the old center of Varenna, overlooking its promenade: all the restaurants, bars and shops are at 50 mts maximum distance. The apt is just 5 min walking distance from the ferry and the passenger boat docks, and 10 min walk from the railway station.

At the railway station there is the agency "I Viaggi del Tivano", where you can get information on timetables, means of transport and locations that can be easily reached from Varenna (for example Bellano 10 minutes away, Saint Moritz ...), it is also possible rent bicycles. In the main square of the village there are two grocery stores that sell a little bit of everything, the post office and the pharmacy.

Parking in Varenna in summer is difficult: there are free parking spaces (white lines - hardly free and generally available for a maximum of 4 consecutive hours), paid parking spaces (blue lines - about 1 euro / h, from 8-12.30 and 14.00) 19.30, numerous in the station square); while it is forbidden to park on the yellow lines (reserved). At the entrance of the village, 200 meters from the house, there is a large paid municipal parking (20 euros / 24hs).
