The location was amazing. Close to everything
The host was so kind and friendly. Good communicator.
We got one very thin towel and a hand towel each. These were well worn. Could have been replaced with new ones. Coffee pods were terrible. Would have liked a better machine. The AC unit is in the family room not the bedroom. The bed is very firm and it could have used a soft foam topper. The extension chain to the ceiling fan was broken and we had to stand on the bed to reach the tiny chain to turn it on. Toilet seat is loose when you sit down on it shifts to the side. I think for what you are paying, these small things should have already been addressed. They only provided 2 sleeping pillows that are well worn. Could have used nicer ones and they should have provided 4 total pillows. The nightly rate is expensive, yes the location is amazing but these small things make a difference and there is room for improvement for sure.

Owner is very nice and quick to respond! The shower was great and the beds were comfortable. AC worked well.
The stairs getting to the front door are very steep. Would not be a good place for elderly or those incapable of a strenuous climb or descent.

Location! Very nice lady met us there.
Bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been.
Got a recommendation for a restaurant with the worst food we have ever tried, and that in Italy is almost impossible!!

center of city was able to get a parking spot for fee
way to many stairs. needs to be stated in description no ac in bedroom all soaps were basically empty coffee was old and coffee maker was dirty. in refrigerator there was still drinks opened from previous user
