Located in the heart of Varenna, the apartment overlooks the Riva Grande, with a spectacular lake view, which can be fully enjoyed from the large balcony.
The apartment has just been fully furnished and consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, double bedroom, can accommodate up to 4 people.
All the places (bars, restaurants, shops, public services) are close at hand, within 100 meters.
Even the means of transport are easily reachable on foot: along the lakefront at 200 meters you will find the landing stage for the ferry and the boat; another 200 meters and you arrive at the train station.
The apartment is ideal both for a relaxing holiday and as a base to discover all the attractions of Lake Como!

Our stay with Giorgio was excellent. His communication was fantastic and we really appreciated him coming to pick us up from the station.His apartment is spotless and the view out over the lake is amazing. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony to enjoy watching the people, ferries and sunsets. The washer and drier wereVery useful.I would not hesitate to recommend this place for any couple wanting to stay in Varenna. We will be back!

Our stay in the apartment was excellent.It is cozy and comfortable. The view from the living room and the bedroom is breathtaking - the windows overlook directly the lake and surrounding mountains. The whole environment is so peaceful and beautiful that you can't help falling in love with the lake and Varenna. The boat to the neighbour villages - beautiful Bellagio and Menagio -is a 5 minute walk along the river, very picturesque! And a lot of good restaurants around. The hosts, Giorgio and Lorena, and their son Alberto were very nice, friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and tried their best to accomodate our needs. Giorgio met us in the station upon our arrival and his son even brought us back to the station in his car on our last day. The hosts also greeted us with the bottle of a good wine. Overall, we had unforgettable stay. Strongly recommend this place.
