Great stay in Varenna

Nice spacious apartment with everything we needed. The washing machine was a bonus. Great location. Delightful place to spend time on holiday.

Nothing really. Just a note that it does have a spiral staircase to the bedroom.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The location great with easy access to the waterfront and lots of restaurants. The host was gracious enough to pick us up from the ferry. We highly recommend this place

Cute apartment with everything we needed . Host was amazing and his Dad even picked us up from the train station. The apartment was steps from restaurants and the ferry. Lovely stay!

Exceptional

Ettore greated us at the train station and drove us to the apartment and gave us some good recommendations for dinner and drinks nearby. The apartment is in a fabulous location and is within walking distance of the pier. We would stay again and would highly recommend for others travelling to Varenna!

A perfectly located, well-maintained accommodation at an exceptional price-point.

The location is absolutely ideal, a short walk, -- or, in some cases a few steps, away from just about everything you'd want to see/do. The place is spacious (especially for one person), the WiFi worked fine, and the AC held up during the part of my stay in Varenna that was exceptionally warm. Check-in/Check-out was easy. The host's father picked me up from the train station, and I was able to check-out quite early at my own convenience using the key lockbox. The Host was also very prompt in answering any questions I had, which always goes a long way. Should I return to Varenna, I would absolutely look to stay here again.

Fabulous - will definitely come back!

The host, Ettore, met us at the station to take us to the property. On the way he pointed out a few places to visit or eat at and gave us a tour of the property. He was very attentive and on hand if we had any questions. The apartment was lovely - the perfect size and in such a great location. We had views of the lake from our room which was great :)

If I come back to Varenna, I would stay again.

I was met at the property by the owner's father. Although he didn't speak English, he got me in and settled. He even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. I appreciated it, as I was quite tired.

The property was great! it was very clean, close to the lake and I was very comfortable. I was a little concerned about the restaurants below, but they quiet down early and I had no issues with noise.

Not a comment on the room, but I would recommend that if you are planning to use kitchen facilities, you bring food with you. There is a only a small shop in town with limited choice and overpriced

Great apartment in the center of Varenna with a beautiful lake view from the small terrace by the entry. The host was extremely kind and helpful.

It was not a problem for us, but since there is no elevator, the apartment is not recommended for those who are not able to carry their own luggage to the third floor.

This apartment was really well located, we just had to go down the street and in 2 minutes, we were in front of the lake, the restaurants and the great view. Ettore was really nice with us, he took us at the train station even though it was late at night and he came with us to show us the apartment and give us the keys. We had a lovely stay !

Romantic Downtown Apartment

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Varenna! Just a walk down one staircase to the lake! Everything was sparkling clean. The host had great communication. Loved the split level, very romantic! The balcony just outside of the apartment door with view of the lake was an added bonus!

Absolutely the best!

A great place in a great location! Loved the layout of the place and the view down to the lane below. Our host was very accommodating. We arrived late due to train trouble but still got picked up at station and driven to apartment. A very good experience and stay.

A localização é muito boa, perto de excelentes restaurantes, a 500 metros do ferry, excelente localização mas sem vista para o lago, quem nos recebeu também foi muito prestável e agradável.

O quarto é no andar de cima e a casa de banho no andar de baixo, o colchão ou o estrado tinham uma travesa ao meio que se sentia. Check-out as 10 Horas da manhã, a casa no inverno é um pouco fria.
