Beautiful, breath taking Varenna, perfect romantic getaway.
Perfect location, superb view of the lake from the balcony, and a lovely comfortable bed. Just a short walk from both the old town and the harbour with one of the best restaurants in town right outside the door.
Bathroom is a little dated with no proper bath plug if you like a bath, and the water temperature is inconsistent for some reason. The decor is a little un homely, lacks a woman’s touch, and the downstairs area and kitchen is gloomy but who uses the kitchen on holiday. There’s an iron to use but no ironing board. Just small things that would make the place perfect.

Superb
The place is amazing. Super clean, lovely space and great beds and of course view to die for. So nice.
The only downside was we could not shut the bathroom door. But that was it. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful location
Varenna is a town with narrow passages and lots of stairs. Be prepared for lots of up and down. Varenna Holidays did not help with luggage or getting into our apartment. It was a bit of a struggle.

Superb
The location is great with stunning lake views from the living room balcony. The apartment has a slightly outdated look, but is clean and equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The stairs are quite steep inside, so you need a lot of attention. Check in (out) and communication were very easy. Anyway, at this apartment, it all comes down to the amazing view from the balcony. I recommend.
