Elisa was an amazing host. She was very friendly and helpful! Elisa contacted me prior to checkin to inform me that the apartment was ready if we wanted to checkin early. She greeted us at the door and offered to assist us with carrying our luggage to the apartment. The apartment was clean and neat. The view was spectacular. There were fresh linens and towels. A map of Veranna and ferry schedule were provided. As well as recommendations for places to eat. The location of the apartment was very convenient. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station, 4 minutes to the ferry, 3 minutes to the tourism office where your luggage can be kept. Many of the main photo attraction locations are within walking distance. My family of 4, was very happy with our stay!

Location in Varenna was very good with a fantastic view of Lake Como. Host was extremely helpful in recommending parking, adapting to a flexible check in time due to a train strike, recommending restaurants, and helping us move into the apartment. Bottled water and wine were available at the apartment. The main bed was very comfortable. The second bed was a pull-out sofa which was fine for our son. Apartment was clean. Shower was good.

Would have liked some silverware in the apartment.

Beautiful view, close to the train station, two independent bedrooms. The host was very nice and gave us recommendations where to go in the evening. Water is supplied for 50 cents per bottle, wine - for 8 euros.

- The noise from the cars - the house is standing just on the main street and, even if all the windows are closed, you can hear each car passing by, pretty loud - At the same time, the AC is veeery loud too when turned on, it’s impossible to sleep when it’s working, so you have to open the windows - and then you hear the cars even louder. So, do not recommend for sensitive sleepers.
