Loved this stay in Lucca

Location was great, it was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Heat worked well and so did the windows.

Could hear the manager at the desk in the mornings right below our room. Not enough to wake us up but not ideal.

Perfect location, nice facilities, and right in the centre of Lucca - couldn't get much better!

The location was fantastic, and that value for money was impeccable! There was free coffee whenever we liked, the seating outside was very nice and everything was easy to navigate. The room was large and all the facilities were good - we got fresh sheets and towels every other day which was nice too.

We would've liked to see the staff a bit more, and there was a slight language barrier (our fault not there's) but still fairly easy to naviaged simpler questions. The rooms had a small bit of mould which was to be expected with the age of the building. The beds were slightly uncomfortable too, but apart from that the place was so great

One night in Lucca.. not enough

We absolutely adored this apartment and our o ly regret is we didnt spend longer here, we only booked 1 night in Lucca as part of our Italy trip. The bed was so comfortable, the apartment was well equipped with everything one could need for a long term stay. Courtyard and gardens absolutely beautiful, lovely and quiet, had such a peaceful nights sleep. The reception area having free tea/coffee/water was a massive bonus. Room was ready before expected check in time. Location extremely central yet still a quiet and peaceful location. Would highly recommend.

We found the hotel shabby, it needs renovation it’s tired. The coffee machine made bad coffee everyone left half a cup

The noise - it was so noisy my sister had to change location because the pipes from the bathrooms above ran down her wall in the bedroom and water was gushing down all night - she didn’t sleep

Amazing stay!

The location is excellent. The rooms face a courtyard or a garden rather than the streets, so it was rather quiet. The garden was also beautiful and practical for those who'd like to take short breaks while wandering in the town. The host was also super friendly. The recommendations for restaurants provided were absolutely amazing and helpful.

The Wi-Fi could have been faster, but it is totally okay.

The location is great! The parking lot is easy to find and reasonable priced. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Proving with water, maps and other recommendations!

Maybe in the future an air conditioning system would be possible. That was the only “downside” but we knew beforehand. I would just be happy to come back with an aircon installed :D

Good location. The apartment was large, but overall this was an awful experience. It was the only room left in town, but I would rather leave a day early than stay here again. It may be attractive to budget travelers, but I thought it was overpriced for what it is.

Check-in was very restrictive. We basically wasted most of our day waiting for someone to show up. Apartment was large but outdated. Very hot. The apartment was filled with mosquitoes- hundreds of them. Instead of leaving a window with screen open to air out the apartment, cleaning crew left all windows without screens open. The complex has a lot of mosquito breeding grounds and it is a problem that needs to be addressed.

A comfortable overnight stay in a great central location

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent central location, smaller but clean and comfortable room, coffee and water available for free in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with a large shower.

I like the authenticity of the place. Its location to Antifeatro and the main areas of Lucca was excellent. Coffee machine was excellent. We definitely enjoyed our coffee each day. Lovely to live in the centre of Lucca

Historical building with lovely garden to relax in. Quiet location but in the centre of Lucca. Rooms basic but traditional Italian style and slept very well.

Great location and nice receptionist.

Room had a distinct mold smell, bathroom also smelly. The worst part was the shower, just little hot water was available, not enough for a 5 minutes shower. I don’t recommend this property.

Beautiful building with an impressive inner courtyard. Amazing tranquil and unpretentious garden where one can have meal or relax, read a book. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent location.

The bed frame was a bit flexible, making the bed quite soft (a bit sinking when lying down), but it wasn't too much of a problem!

Loved our stay - host could not have been better and building and garden a piece of paradise in Luca.

The host was very friendly and helpful. the garden was peaceful with plenty of places to relax. Gorgeous building.
