Central, clean and helpful

The apartment was very clean and the location was easy to find, near the centre but in a quiet area. The apartment never got too hot in the morning because the apartment I was in was west facing. The internet went down and when I messaged the owner, they rang the internet provider straight away and I had internet again within 45 minutes to an hour, which was really great because I imagine if I'd had any other problems they would have been on top of the situation really quickly which is nice to be reassured about. There was plenty of storage so if you stayed for longer there was lots of space to put your clothes

The fridge is near the bed so when it started to make noise I heard it straight away and when I slept lightly it woke me up (but this only happened once during the night in the 1 out of 4 nights I stayed there) I wasn't able to connect my Chromecast on the internet because of various restrictions but I'm not too upset about it because it meant I read instead.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh.

convenient location to Lucca

convenient location to Lucca town and the Mura di Lucca. was clean and had good facilities available for cooking. there are shutters on the windows for night-time to block out light in the morning

opposite another guest house which did get a bit noisy at night. the curtains are quite seethrough and as the apartment is on the ground floor privacy can be a bit of an issue.

Very much enjoyed Casa Nocchi and our stay in Lucca. Bike riding on the town walls a highlight.

great position near train station and central town.large bright room. from train station enter town through gate. Walk ahead to via Garibaldi. Head right to via Della Dogana small street on Left, casa Nocchi on the first corner. we phoned the host for entry.

The location is great and the room is big! Coffee machine was a nice touch and there was a mini bar for water and stuff. Nice bathroom!

Cute, modern studio conveniently located within the walled city

Location is excellent within walking distance from train stations, shops & restaurants. The studio is modern, comfortable, clean and equipped with the basic necessities. Simone, our host responded promptly to anything we needed.

The trash containers are too small and there is no place to discard the trash. We utilize the kitchen for cooking and between food wrappers, large plastic bottles of water, coke zero and wine that we consume, we generate a lot of trash. The trash was overflowing after a couple of days. We stayed 5 days and called Simone to collect it and she told us to place it in the hall but that isn't a good solution because then there's unsightly trash in the hall when you enter the building and it sat for a day before it was collected. It would be better if there were outdoor trash bins to discard trash, especially for guest on longer stays.

The studio apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. Sarah who checked us in was kind and considerate. The location made it easy to visit the city and it's a short walk to the train station. We will definetly return!

There is a floor lamp, but I would only suggest more lighting like a ceiling lamp.

Un giorno a lucca

Posto trovato per caso...posizione veramente ottima, in centro città ma vicino alla stazione e i parcheggi. Appartamento molto accogliente, anche se è un monolocale è ben strutturato e ben disposto, i servizi trovati sono stati molto soddisfacenti per rendere il mio breve soggiorno a Lucca molto piacevole.

Camera sufficientemente ampia per tre persone, begli arredi, bellissimo bagno, era tutto nuovo e molto curato. Ottima posizione, anche per il parcheggio

Purtroppo abbiamo sofferto un pochino di freddo, anche la notte. Avrei lasciato un paio di coperte in più. Inoltre, eravamo in tre e gli asciugamani lasciati erano solo per due persone. Per il resto tutto ottimo

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt

Schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt, unweit vom Duomo und von der Stadtbefestigung. Vom Bahnhof aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Lage, dennoch ist man schnell zu Fuß bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Gelaterias. Der Check-in hat sehr gut geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, hell und freundlich, die Matratze ist gut, das Badezimmer ist schön - alles passt. Ich habe mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würde das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera senza cucina. La struttura è molto accogliente, la posizione è buona, facilita la visita della città a piedi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile.
