Amazing location, lovely host who met us at the Vaporetto stop to personally guide us to the apartment and gave us a tour. She also provided many welcome snacks and drinks which we appreciated so much given we arrived in the evening.
Only one thing was an issue, the size of the shower was very small. Having said that we made it work no problem.

The house was really beautiful and was really big. The location was also perfect. It was 10 min by walking to Piazza San Marco and 15 min by walking to the bus station Piazzale Roma. And the owner was great. We mer her daughter. Even though we arrived late, she waited for us and she helped us find an open restaurant. She was so kind. I know that I will be back again 😊

Superb location, quiet but less than five minutes from Academia bridge/Vaporetto stop. Large comfortable well equipped property. Very clean.
No aircon. Not a big deal for us visiting end of May/early June as weather wasn’t properly hot.
