Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms spacious and lovely. On the 4th floor with very small, slow elevator. Location to boat taxi was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The property was very quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a 24/7 front desk always available. Breakfast was amazing, with great quality and variety.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and well equipped, with all amenities provided. The location is excellent — we could easily walk to the city center and shopping areas, and most nearby attractions required no transportation at all. The train station is very close, and the airport bus stop is only about a 10-minute walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I travel to Venice again, I will definitely stay here.

A beautiful stay here in Venice! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well as the local restaurants and cafes.
