Lots of space, super nice balcony and the neighborhood was great. Easy to walk around!!

Can be pretty hot even if there’s the aircon. Maybe better indication of how to get to the accommodation.

Absolutely loved this property. Everything about it exceeded expectations. Beautifully situated on a canal in a wonderful part of Venice. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Nothing! Everything was superb!

Starting with the location. Excellent! The meet & greet also excellent - the young man who met us was very welcoming. Views of the canal were great and in fact for the price they were a bonus. Having a washing machine was another bonus too. Air conditioning worked well and the apartment is a great size.

It was just a few things that let it down - little things, easily addressed. 1) the shower felt it was coming off the wall and needs to be secured properly. 2) The toilet seat is loose. 3) the kitchen sink tap is skew-whiff and needs adjusting to it's proper position and re-securing. Little things which can easily be put right - but haven't been. It's a shame there was no iron or ironing board. (I appreciate it was never said there was one) and no oven (or grill/toaster) so just saying it would be nice if there was. FEEDBACK:

The apartment was in a quiter part which was less touristy and close to good links. The rooms were a good size.

The apartment was cold at night, and we were informed by the house rules that we could not alter the heating or air conditioning controls. The safe in the wardrobe was not available to use. The terrace was very basic, and once sat down, there was no view. Very basic kitchen, no toaster or oven, just a microwave and 2 ringed hob. I could of done with a bigger mirror. I ended up blow drying my hair in the reflection of the television. We did not find the boat to dispose of our rubbish as per house rules and did listen out around 8am, for the bin truck.
