Lokalizacja obiektu jest ok, zwłaszcza jeśli trzeba się dostać rano na lotnisko- bliskość dworców, blisko sklep i przystanek tramwajowy. Apartament duży, przestronny.
Wystąpił problem z ciepłą wodą (jak się okazało trzeba było włączyć w skrzynce bezpiecznikowej podgrzewacz wody). Dziwne pościelone łóżka- brak poszwy na kołdrę (za poszwę miały służyć prześcieradła...).

La posizione era molto vicina alla stazione e all’università IUAV (abbiamo alloggiato a Venezia per partecipare a una laurea), l’appartamento è recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio, dotato di ascensore quindi ottimo anche per persone a ridotta mobilità. La struttura è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici comprese asciugatrice e lavatrice.
L’unico aspetto da rivedere è l’impossibilità di gestire autonomamente la temperatura all’interno dell’appartamento
