Beautiful location, large house.

Location was great, the couches were huge and very comfortable.

The shower and washing machine had some issues. The entire apartment was full of mosquitoes.

Exceptional

Location was great with being on southern side of Dorsoduro....outside of the touristy section of San Marco. Not overcrowded but still a good volume of people, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Very nice to stroll the southern canal and people watch from nearby restaurant and cafes. Small square outside the apartment was very nice and a place to relax if any downtime. Staff was great in communication, and apartment itself was even larger than expected. Perfect for our group.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location

Good location. Functioning air conditioning. Good showers. Spacious. Clean bedding and towels. Well-equipped utility room.

Dusty floors - didn’t feel like walking barefoot in the apartment. No mattress covers under sheets on the beds. Uncomfortable chairs in the living room. Only one key to the apartment. Also would have been nice to have a few more bin bags - only one spare. No tea towel for washing up. Toilet seats a bit wobbly.

Location was great - on a quiet square and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and helpful with booking water taxis to and from the train station/airport.

Fabulous apartment with huge rooms, plenty of space, and great location.

Location was amazing. The apartment is huge and spotlessly clean.

The only reason this is not a 10 is the decor and furniture in the main living area. The room is fabulous but the furniture is dull and unappealing. However, if you have children, no need to worry about spoiling anything!

No late checkout and if you need to store your luggage you have to bring it to piazzale roma (25 minutes walk with luggage) and pay 4 euro per bag and then walk back…really unacceptable All toilet seats are loose and in one bathroom there is no shower head holder

Posizione centrale, ma appartamento poco curato

Posizione abbastanza centrale

L’appartamento non era pulitissimo. Il problema fondamentale è stato però l’impianto di riscaldamento e dell’acqua calda bloccato nei giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Essendo giorni di festa, pur chiedendo un intervento urgente, non c’è stato inviato alcun tecnico per risolvere la situazione. C’è stato offerto poi un rimborso, molto esiguo e davvero incongruo rispetto al disagio.

Procédure de la location très compliquée. Appartement nu sans âme, lits inconfortables, sune douche bouchée et une autre inutilisable. Peu de vaisselle 3 verres à pied, 3 cuillères à cafés, un micro-ondes et grille-pain très bas game, ect..

È una struttura enorme, con tutti i benefit necessari per vivere in 10 in un appartamento. Tre bagni e quattro camere da letto e un salone enorme. La posizione è centralissima.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal dort, damals war die Ausstattung gut. Mittlerweile gibt es nur noch genug Wassergläser, Weingläser sind Einzelstücke

L'appartamento è valido ma la qualità di gestione e di manutenzione erano scadenti.

L'appartamento è molto ampio, con 4 stanze da letto molto grande. Il letti erano comodi. La posizione è ottima.

Il riscaldamento insufficiente, la casa rimane freddina e alcune stanze molto fredde. Il gestore incontattabile neanche telefonicamente dalle 18 allle 8:00. E' stato comunicato il problema della pulizia scadente (pattumi lasciati dal cliente precedente e i cappelli lasciati in bagno) appena arrivato in struttura e la mattina successiva l'insufficienza del riscaldamento ma non sono mai usciti per risolvere i poroblemi. Abbiamo trovati telecomandi con pile esaurite, valvola di termosifone chiuse, antenne TV staccate, le pilette sanitari mancanti. E' stato dato la gestione dei rifiuti al compito di cliente e c'è il penale chi non rispetta - le raccolte differenziate hanno dei giorni alterni divisi per le categorie, cosa pensano che i turisti possano mantenere le regole??? Comunque le informazione date per i rifiuti erano insufficienti. C'è il rumore della musica alta del bar vicino dalle 9:00 di mattina.
