The location of this apartment on Giudecca was fantastic. It was so lovely to come ‘home’ after a day in crowded Venice, it was less hectic and there were very good food options within easy walking distance. It was also easy to have a night out in Venice and make it home with the 11/11.30pm water bus. The apartment itself was gorgeous , felt very Italian!
The fact that there were no staff on site felt a bit odd although the staff were very helpful and responsive by email. The key with open now was a bit of a faff, took us until the second day to sort out a second key and took a few go’s every time to get into the apartment.

This property was beautiful. It had an elevator and was easily accessible by water taxi. It was clean and beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful with getting a water taxi the next morning. Our stay was wonderful.
