Great location, very atmospheric yet quiet. Close to grocery shop and local restaurants and cafes on Giudecca. Very close to vaporetto stops and Allilaguna stop for transfer to airport.
As a tea lower I missed big cups for tea ;)

Clean. Stylish decor. Well-heated. Kitchen was well equipped. Fantastic view. Appreciated the recommendation for the restaurant. Easy access to vaporetto.
Sofabed sunken in and not comfortable. TVs unfortunately not connected to wifi so we couldn’t stream from devices.

Location and quality of the rooms . Great value 😀
Not a lot ! Only thing is it would be nice to have some long life milk on arrival as tea , coffee , cold drinks already there .

Every thing was perfect about the property.
We were quite disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having booked the apartment for €580, we were kept waiting outside for the €10 fee. Considering we had just arrived from Austria after a long journey, we expected a bit more understanding and courtesy from the staff.
We had to wait outside for about half an hour in the afternoon because we didn’t notice the email that had been sent while we were traveling. It would have been much appreciated if the team had shown a little flexibility or understanding in this situation.
Otherwise, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
