Nice stay.

Clean. Stylish decor. Well-heated. Kitchen was well equipped. Fantastic view. Appreciated the recommendation for the restaurant. Easy access to vaporetto.

Property was good but the staff should have courtesy

Every thing was perfect about the property.

We were quite disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having booked the apartment for €580, we were kept waiting outside for the €10 fee. Considering we had just arrived from Austria after a long journey, we expected a bit more understanding and courtesy from the staff. We had to wait outside for about half an hour in the afternoon because we didn’t notice the email that had been sent while we were traveling. It would have been much appreciated if the team had shown a little flexibility or understanding in this situation. Otherwise, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Lovely and quiet on this island and so easy to get anywhere in the water taxis

Great location and two mins walk to two ferry stops. Co-op five mins away. Breakfasted at Mayer every day - excellent!!! Just had a sea view.

A tv in the room with the sofa would have been nice. Couple of mosquitos annoyed us so a bug zapper in the apartment would have ben helpfuk.

Relaxing

Like the apartment and really like Guidecca. This was my 4th trip to Venice. Happy it wasn’t an art year. The app to open the door did not work. Fortunately they answered the phone and the people returning from dinner had # code that worked. The app didn’t work on their phone either.

Excellent base to explore Venice

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved the location on Giudecca as it had great views across to St Mark's and the vaporetto was very close by. The key on the phone worked well and made checking in very easy

The only downside was the lack of windows in the apartment as it almost felt like a basement.

Luxurious

Such a beautiful island away from the chaos. We had great communication from the staff and they were super helpful when I got a little confused over the app. The property was fabulous. Clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. They had set up a cot for our baby which was perfect. My family and I all said we wish we had booked longer at this property. Would definitely return.

Loved this place!

Great Location away from the busier areas of Venice, easy Waterbus to all the main attractions. Staff were incredibly friendly - bag store option was perfect for our last day. Gave us a whole additional day exploring without our bags. The apartment had great view and good cooking facilities. We would 100% stay here again.

Nothing really - Bluetooth key entry was a bit faffy its a very small criticism ' just make sure you have enough battery on your phone.

The spare bed was covered in black mould. The apartment was extremely damp - the sheets were moist. It was freezing cold in the height of summer. We were on the ground floor with no views. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on here.

Great place to spend in Venice with the family!

The location was great. It was a comfortable apartment and would stay there again. It was a hig apartment and rather quiet at night, which we appreciated. We were able to leave are bags after check out in the hotel that manages the property, this was great!

The bathroom had a leak, which the property was aware of but were unable to fix prior to our arrival. The washing machine made our cloths stinky instead of clean. Both issues made the trip a bit difficult.

Pretty location for our short stay in Venice.

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The view is nice. It is great to have a washing machine. Quiet location with nice restaurants near by.

I wish there was a guide to the property in the apartment. Maybe instructions for the washer or how to run the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open and there are no screens. We were bitten by mosquitoes. There is no clothes iron.

The property is close to waterbus stop and easily to get in the property. Very nice view, quiet, lots of cafes an restaurants in the neighborhood. Travel documents were not emailed properly, but they were easily reached and able to check in. Highly recommended!

All in all our stay was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was lovely, confortable beds, everything you need in the bathrooms, market store and restaurants very close to the location.

In the facilities description was writen that there is a fully equiped kitchen, however is not 100% true because the kitchen doesnt have everything you need, there was not even salt and pepper, a proper knife for cutting, nor a cutting board etc.

Great place to stay w family on Giudecca!

Absolutely phenomenal location on Giudecca. Much more local and not as touristy as other areas, still very easy transportation on the Vaporetto to everywhere. Beautiful view, excellent facilities, clean, spacious, perfect for a family with 5 or even 6 people. The views can not be beat! Also within walking distance still to a local supermarket and several restaurants. Comfy beds, full kitchen. Delicious welcome waters! Also, we got a free upgrade to a canal view room.

A pleasant stay away from the crowds.

The location and views of the canal was great. We wanted to stay away from the tourists and stay somewhere less congested.

We experience a cold snap during our stay in Venice and management told us the heating was turned off and will not be turned back on. This seems to be a common occurrence in Italy.

Everythink was perfect: the room, the space, the bed, the view, the staff, the location (2 minutes from the vaporetto station, 3 stop away from piazza San Marco)

It would be practical to offer a late check out option or a way to leave the luggage in the structure after check out.

great location , quiet and comfortable

The apartment is comfortable , with good facilities. It’s unmanned but the staff are responsive if you call them. It was clean and thoughtfully supplied with clean towels, shower gel , washing liquid , dishwasher tablets etc . A bed in the second bedroom would be preferable to a sofa bed in this room . The staff also allowed us to leave cases after earlier check out which was good .

A bed in the second room would be preferable and additional chairs in the lounge are recommended

Great location if you gat the 24h boat pass, it is right next to a stop. There are restaurants near by

The staff are very unorganized we arived 15 minutes earlier and wanted to check-in, the room was ready, however they refused to give us the access code before 3, we had to wait for 25 minutes outside untill 3:10 the room was ready in the time that we waited. The time wasting was very upsetting, if you don't have a lot of time in Venice don't book this guy's.

Great location, regardless that in order to reach there you should get to the island, but with 15min boat ride already in the center Clean, spacious and wonderful view from the window!

Sofa bed not ultra comfortable and pillows bit too hard Not possible to leave luggage at the location (only in the hotel which is located quite far from the place - in the main island)
