Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Kontakt schon vor der Ankunft, wir wurden an die Anlegestelle geleitet und dort herzlich empfangen. Persönliche Einweisung im Apartment, jedoch nie aufdringlich. Das Apartment ist überkomplett ausgestattet, die Terrasse ist einfach himmlisch. Lage ist genial in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil mit einem riesigen Supermarkt in der Nähe, Bäckerei zum Frühstücken, nette Lokale direkt am Wasser.
kleinster Kritikpunkt waren die harten Kopf Polster, ist aber sicher Geschmackssache, Alternative war leider nicht verfügbar.

La posizione e le viste sono fantastiche. Giudecca è un’isola tranquilla, sembra che sia lontana dalle folle di San Marco nonostante sia vicino grazie ai vaporetti, ci volgono solo 15 minuti per andarci.
Dovrebbe esserci una lavastoviglie. Un orario di check-out alle 10 è un po’ presto, alle 11 sarebbe stato meglio.

Rustige ligging, weg van de drukte van Venetië, maar perfect als uitvalsbasis om de stad te bezoeken. Na een dag onderweg kun je ’s avonds in alle rust ontspannen. De gastheer was bovendien zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De buurt had ook genoeg restaurantjes, voor elk wat wils en tegen democratische prijzen..
