About this apartment rental
A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate six/seven people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet area, which is the island of Giudecca. The apartment has 2 double-rooms, a twin-bedded room, a living room complete with sofa-bed, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room with a washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. The apartment is located approximately 150 m. from the jetty of Palanca and in the same area there are various shops, banks and nice restaurants, everything outside of the big tourist flows and therefore our guests can immerse themselves in the Venetian really more true.

This property is lovely, the air conditioning is a huge plus. We were a group of five including our two teens, the bed mix was awesome to make that work comfortably. Well appointed, the space is great to have to relax in the evening, only drawback (although very doable) is the size of the showers, I am over 6' and over 200lbs, it worked but felt like an old cruise ship. There are groceries and pharmacy nearby and a great coffee shop for the morning. The ad is clear about this but the only thing I would say is since you are on the island of Guidecca there are plus and minuses, you are secluded and quite which at night is great. The Hilton hotel next door offers a late night drink or a quick bite on top of the local places, so you have what you need. But you will need to plan all your activites accordingly to the boat schedules and assume you will pay extra to get to everything for those boat rides. The Hilton offers a great free option to hop across the cannal but the times are limited. All that being considered, this is a great place and you want to book it, I would say go for it.

This was an amazing location, with an Alilaguna waterbus to/from the airport, a vaporetto stop, restaurants, and a grocery store all in quick walking distance. We appreciated the comfortable, firm beds. Two bedrooms are upstairs (one an open loft space) and one downstairs. There is a laundry room with a washing machine plus a drying rack that worked well. There was also an iron and a European-voltage hair dryer. We recommend this apartment to others!

Located out of the busyness but just a quick water bus ride away from many attractions. There were restaurants close by and a small grocery store. The home was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Cristina was super accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend.

In a convenient location in a quiet area away from the crowds, this rental has nearby restaurants and is a short walk from the Palanca vaporetto stop. The rooms are attractive and comfortable.
