We absolutely loved the place. It’s quiet, but very convenient. Only 10 mins walk to the pier. Away from the busy central San polo and Venice touristy bit, and you get to still have the full view of it from Giudecca. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, the washing machine didn’t work when we arrived the first day, but staff offered to help with our washing, and also fix up the washing machine as soon as they can. We are so grateful for it, because we have a 12 days trip around Italy, so washing at different stay was crucial for us.

In a quiet area of Venice across the water in Guidecca which is very easily accessible 5-10 mins on waterbus.
