Perfect for intergenerational vacation. The master bedroom is barrier free on the ground floor with bathroom (walk in shower!). Up the stairs another bedroom with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends. Another comfortable doublebed on the open gallery. Dishwasher and washing machine make it perfect for families and longer stays. Very well kept, not dingy or damp at all. This apartment can be recommended 100%

Was not a problem for us but for the open gallery bed, bring a sleepmask/earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Fantastic cozy apartment with everything that you need. Very clean and well kept, beds were very comfortable. Host Cristina was great, very responsive and has a lovely welcome pack prepared with everything you need to know about the property itself, surrounding area and recommendations. Overall great value for money!

Nothing major, the only thing is we were staying as a group of friends and just noting that the second double bedroom is upstairs part of the open plan area so there’s not much privacy but it was fine.

Beautiful accommodation in excellent location

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and great aminities. The water boat station is 5 mins away and also very close to restaurants and the supermarket.

Very clean, very good facilities, comfortable, worth the price and a fantastic place for a group of friends. Giudecca is a very pleasant island to stay on. Cristina (the host) was very helpful and friendly!

It is a slight hassle to get from the apartment to central Venice, but once you fully understand the vaporetto system/lines it is a relatively simple journey.

The property was clean and airy. Close to the local shops, beautiful views. We were a group of 3 and it was lovely to have a room each and plenty of space to lounge around together.

Not necessarily a dislike, I gave a 9 as the property doesn’t have much natural light, maybe a little more warm lights around the property might be nice.

A tranquil base to explore the beautiful islands of Venice.

The accommodation was beautifully presented and well equipped for our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. It is easy to travel over to the main islands of Venice with the frequent water buses. Giudecca has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It was a tranquil base compared to the heaving streets of Venice. Stella Marina 1 was a lovely accommodation for our New Year break with 3 teens.

Guidecca was a lovely island to stay on at New Year and the apartment was well placed for the water buses. However, you do need to factor in the cost of using the water buses to your holiday.

Everything went smoothly from the first contact to checking out. The hosts are very helpful - it started before arrival with information on the apartment and how to get there. They even picked us up at the waterbus stop and gave us a tour of the apartment as well as further very helpful information on Venice and the area. I can only recommend it!

Très bel appartement idéal pour une famille ( 3 belles chambres) et bien situé à la Giudecca. Communication facile avec les hôtes qui nous ont permis d’adapter les horaires d’arrivée et de départ selon nos besoins Nous recommandons vivement !

Un week-end de rêve, dans une ville de rêve avec un appartement bien placé pour visiter et bien calme pour se reposer.

Belle décoration, gaie. Bel emplacement près du canal. Appartement quasiment neuf et bien entretenu. Quartier propre et très tranquille. Très bonne réactivité de Gabriel et Christina. Superbe vue sur Venise.

Manque de fenêtre et donc de visibilité sur l’extérieur. Cafetière italienne trop petite pour 5 personnes

Giudecca una piacevole sorpresa.

Hosts ospitali, cortesi, disponibilissimi e molto professionali. Grazie per aver fatto sentire me, la mia famiglia e i miei amici a nostro agio. La location era semplicemente perfetta. Tutto come da descrizione; posto ideale per i nostri bambini che potevano stare fuori dall'appartamento in tutta sicurezza. La Giudecca è un posto strategico per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata in mezzo al caos. Cenare lungo il molo e ammirare Venezia sull'altra sponda del canale è poesia. - "Non avrei potuto chiedere di più!

Schönes und neuwertiges Apartment auf Giudecca

Gute Laga auf Giudecca, nahe am Anleger, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, ruhig da in einer Seitenlage gelegen.

Lediglich die Böden waren etwas kalt.

Un superbe appartement au calme

L’appartement est impeccable, refait à neuf avec tous les équipements nécessaires: cuisine, petite buanderie. Les lits doubles sont très confortables. Situé dans le quartier giudecca : très calme. Personnel très sympathique et prévenant

Un peu loin du centre ville, mais à 5 min de l’embarcadère, avec le bateau ligne 2 qui assure la traversée à 1 arrêt pour rejoindre zattere de l’autre côté du canal giudecca, donc assez commode

Si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosa in più per la colazione, già una macchina del caffè a cialde sarebbe un bel plus.. Purtroppo raggiungere il centro di Venezia non è comodissimo, e neanche arrivare dalla stazione, soprattutto se si hanno molte valigie

Das Apartement war eine gute Ausgangsbasis für den Besuch in Venedig.

Schönes großzügiges Appartment, sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr sauber. Aufgrund des Regenwetters waren wir sehr dankbar über die schnell anspringende und gut funktionierende Heizung. Gute Bäckerei / Cafe fürs Frühstück direkt bei der nächsten Vaporetto-Haltestelle.

Wegen des sehr starken Regenwetters hätten wir eine gute Fußmatte (und nicht nur ein Wischtuch) sehr begrüßt. Bei dem starken Wind ist nachts leider die Tür des Elektroschranks in der Gasse vor der Haustür immer laut knallend auf und zu geschlagen. Einfaches Zudrücken hat leider nur für 10 Minuten geholfen.
