About this apartment rental
A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate six/seven people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet aera, which is the island of Giudecca. The 85 square-metre apartment has 2 double-rooms, a twin-bedded room, a living room complete with sofa-bed, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room with a washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. The apartment is located approximately 150 m. from the jetty of Palanca and in the same area there are various shops, banks and nice restaurants, everything outside of the big tourist flows and therefore our guests can immerse themselves in the Venetian really more true.

We really liked our stay here. Adults, my teen, and my 7 yr old all enjoyed it. There are restaurants a short walk away. Also very easy walk to the local supermarket. We got water-bus tickets for our stay in Venice and used it to get to and from the core part of Venice - the bus stop is very close to this rental house.
The starfish motif is very cute and well done. Checkin was easy. We arrived via the train station, then took the water bus to the house.
Host was very nice, explained everything to us, and was gracious to hold our luggage early, and then also after our checkout (we checked out at 11, but didn't leave for the airport until 3).
Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location and Cristina couldn''t have been more gracious. This is nicely decorated and consistent with the advertisement. . The sofa and chairs in the living room were not real comfortable but the beds were just fine for our group. The bathroom floors were not as clean as we expected but okay. All in all you can't go wrong renting this apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Cristina is fantastic as a host/hostess.
