The access to the apartment is trough the monumental entrance of Palazzo Falier, one of the most beautiful and well conserved Venetian private palazzo; from there you may arrive in Campo Santo Stefano in 1 minutes, or Palazzo Grassi Museum - Pinault Foundation, Accademia Galleries, Palazzo Franchetti, Palazzo Pisani Music Conservatory of Venice, Santo Stefano Church, the Fenice Opera House ... and of course San Marco Square, all in few minutes walking out of the Palazzo.
The Santo Stefano district is the nicest and most elegant area of Venice; nice restaurants and bars, or the old baccaro and trattoria;, antiques and modern design shops, or the best of Venetian artisans atelier; everything is just around the corner.
Arrive with a water taxi from the Grand Canal on the private jetty of the Palazzo; that's already a great way to start you stay in Venice, or just step down at San Samuele water bus stop, 2 minutes walking. Groceries, a supermarket, pharmacy, book shops, tobacconist, pilates gym, florist ... all you need is at two steps.
