The apartment is located in between the Accademia Bridge and the famous Fenice Theater and is facing opposite to the world-renowned Gritti Place Hotel. The apartment comprises the whole third floor of an authentic historical Palazzo, overlooking the magnificent church of S. Maria del Giglio. It is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and large three-mullioned windows offering a stunning view of Campo Santa Maria Del Giglio, its homonymous church and the Venetian rooftops.
From its bedrooms, there is a side view of the Grand Canal.
The Giglio waterbus stop on the Grand Canal is only 50 meters away.
The Giglio House apartment is perfect for anyone seeking the highest level of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment has recently been refurbished to the highest standard. It is laid out over more than 130 square meters and comprises a large central living room, two large double bedrooms, a third twin bedroom, two bathrooms with Italian Marmo and large showers, a functional dining area, and separate furnished kitchen. The recent renovation project aimed to preserve the original structure and features: of particular importance are the Seminato Veneziano flooring and the "tri-cellular" partition of the space typical of the historical Venetian houses.
