We had an incredible stay at this apartment in Venice, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice as it’s much larger in person, very roomy, and extremely comfortable.The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s just a couple of blocks from St. Mark’s Square and right in the heart of everything. Restaurants, shopping, and all the major sights are within easy walking distance, yet it still felt like a place where you could relax and unwind.The views were also something really special. From multiple windows, we had beautiful scenes of Venice, including a canal view right from the bedroom. Watching gondolas pass by, sometimes with gondoliers singing, was one of those moments that just made the trip feel magical.The host was truly exceptional. She met us at check-in and took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we were completely comfortable and settled in. That level of care stood out immediately. During our stay, we unfortunately had a minor accident, and she went far above and beyond, helping us get to the hospital and staying with us for several hours to make sure we could communicate properly with the staff. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and support.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Spectacular place! Impeccably clean, high-quality doors, windows, furniture, appliances, plates, etc. Everything you need -- including an ice pack for my swollen ankle.Paola was there to meet us at the door and explain everything. Lives right in front. Very responsive. You can tell she loves the apartment and takes absolute care of it. She helped us with arranging transportation to/from.And the location was remarkable.

It's a lovely apartment walking distance to everything in Venice. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that worked well. The cute alleyway it was located off of was an added "Venice" bonus!
