Great location, comfy stay!

We loved the apartment and the host's hospitality. The apartment is very clean and comfortable! Location is good. On a quiet side alley in a busting area, it's perfect for us! We appreciate Andrea's attentiveness and care ❤️

As with most buildings in Venice, there's no elevator. It's quite a climb to the penthouse unit. But we dont have any issue with this. Just make sure you're able to carry your luggages up the stairs.

Cosy, clean and very well located. Perfect for a weekend!

The apartment was really clean and extremely well located in a building near San Marco with cosy facilities. Andrea was a great host. They even let us stay a bit longer after checkout before our flight.

The only weak point that I found was the heating system (air -based) but that is normal in Venice.

Excellent location, easy to pop back before moving to another area during the day. Great communication from the host. Shower is small but as were most in Italy and no issue with this. Loved having a kitchen if we wanted to cook.

Brilliant location, really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The little terrace overlooking the rooftops was great to sit out with a glass of wine. Andrea couldn’t do enough for us, he was so lovely and helpful.

We had a perfect and wonderful stay in Venice. A wonderful city and a wonderful apartment.

The location is perfect only 3 minuts walk from San Marco square. We had booked the penthouse apartment, it is newly renovated and is nice and modern all over. It also has a small but amazing balcony, where we could sit and have our breakfast etc., while looking over the rooftops of the city. The service and attention from the landlords (Andrea and Rachele) were fantastic good. They were very attentive and replied very fast on the chat to our questions a well as providing practical information in advance and they were generally extremely friendly and nice. Another good thing is that there is a free of charge luggage room in the building, that we made use of before we arrived and after we had checked out.

Only one very small thing, is that it would have been nice with a small towel for wiping dry, when washing dishes.

Nice clean modern apartment in a fantastic location.

Apartment was very clean and location was perfect! We had a fabulous stay.

There is no elevator, but we knew that going in, so not really an issue. We just looked at it as exercise.

Great location 5 mins walk to key attractions on/around St Mark's Square, friendly and reactive staff, clear instructions for arrival/use, provided booklet with many helpful tips on touristic activities and food, generous toiletry supplies, well equipped kitchen, well-lit main building entrance for feeling of security

A great rental, and very good location. The hosts information was very useful.

Very central, with a small supermarket nearby for breakfast things. Very neat, compact use of space, but everything worked well. Lovely to have a proper table and chairs. Excellent communication with the host, and great to have a luggage room. It was very hot for us, but a bit of air con before bed helped a lot. No mosquito bites! Lots of places to eat nearby and the 2 day bus/boat pass was great. Very nice to have a bottle of wine and water in the fridge.

It would be nice to have a place for surplus jam, eggs etc for the staff or for other guests to make use of.

Amazing location in heart of Venice. Andrea was lovely host who helped with transport information, local restaurant/amenities advice and kindly left welcome bottle, toiletries and coffee capsules/biscuits for our short stay.

Apartment was quite compact for 2 adults and 6 ft + teenager. Bathroom particularly small and shared laundry was challenging as in hot demand so difficult to find time without staying up late to run load of laundry.

We loved our time in beautiful Venice, and we loved our accommodation as well. Excellent location, so close to San Marco’s piazza, basilica, gondolas etc. Andrea provided exceptionally clear directions to locate the property, check in and she went above and beyond with hospitality and local advice (provided as a book in the brilliantly self-contained unit). We will definitely be looking to stay again in future trips.

Beautiful and very clean Apartment close to St Mark‘s Square

Very clean, central located Apartment. We felt like home and enjoyed our stay. Alberto was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed advice or new bed linen (we stayed for a longer period). The location was perfect. We will come back!

Nothing. It’s perfect. However I advice you to bring some repellent due to Mosquitos and some ear plugs if you noise sensible. This is valid for each place in Venice.

Excellent suite in a fabulous location. Tastefully decorated, airy and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Only drawback was a bit of late night noise from other guests in the building - this was swiftly handled by our helpful host.

we really enjoyed our long weekend, especially having such a well managed apartment

perfect location in the centre, quiet side street just two turns from St Marks Square. Andrea provided all the information about the apartment including a useful summary of transport options & restaurant guides. Key pad entry meant no keys to have to worry about. storage of luggage before we flew was a real help too. we had the delux apartment on 4th floor (which is actually two separate rooms each with their own bathrooms), the larger with kitchen / dinning room too). toiletries, Netflix & wine too!

would be helpful to have a kettle / toaster and perhaps more shelf’s in bathroom but appreciate there’s a limit for space.
