Great location, extremely helpful staff, nice roof terrace, good value for money
Pretty steep stairs to the second floor, might not be suitable for small kids and elderly people.

Perfect Location. Very nice and comfortable flat. The deck is amazing.
We confused with the lift. We've been told that is not working but the lady in the reception that we left our luggages told us that was working. Will be good to have lift as it's on the 4th floor.

Location is superb, right next to San Marco and close to ferry station. Air con worked well in living area and good to have two bathrooms.
There is no lift and the apartment was on the top floor so lots of stairs to climb. The canal smells were strong so hard to keep windows open.
