Konieczność wyniesienia śmieci do specjalnego kontenera. Samo to nie byłoby problemem, natomiast w sobotę o 10 dostałem informację, że wymeldowując się w niedzielę, śmieci musze wynieść w sobotę.(barka na śmieci odpływa o 8:30) To jedyna uwaga. Sam apartament natomiast jest świetny, lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Die Lage ist super in einem belebten Viertel. Sehr nah dem Markusplatz mitten im Trubel.
Die Waschmaschine taugt nichts.

L’emplacement du logement. La réactivité de réponse du propriétaire de manière général sauf quand j’ai souligné les points qui n’allaient pas ou j’aurais apprécié un simple message soulignant la prise en compte de nos remontées (demandée par le propriétaire) ou au mieux des excuses.
Le manque de propreté notamment des douches avec des traces de moisissures, nous avons retrouvé beaucoup de cheveux sur nos chaussettes dès le premier soir qui n’étaient clairement pas les nôtres. L’état avancé d’usure ainsi que la taille inadaptée de certains ustensiles de la cuisine (poêle minuscule et extrêmement rayée tout comme la casserole). Une machine à laver qui s’est révélée inutilisable (essorage qui ne fonctionne pas). Les photos montraient un logement très lumineux mais c’est assez sombre.
