The location was amazing, St. Marks Square was basically a three minute walk of that. Having a washing machine and two bathrooms made travel with two teenagers a lot more manageable.
If I had to pick something it would be the AC couldn’t quite conquer the Venice hear in late June, though it made it bare-able.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to San Marco less than 2mins away. Equipped with all the needs of a dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes airer, hair dryers, air conditioners ect. The owner is very helpful and even suggested which vaporetto lines we need to choose and even understand the phone when we called him later at night.
The air conditioning temp is locked at 24° and during hot and humid days we were still feeling hot with ac's on. There isn't any tumble dryer as it is listed on booking.com
