The house was clean and everything was as advertised. All 3 room A/Cs worked great. The location was exactly what we were looking for.
The only minor thing I suggest would be hanging a curtain in the downstairs bathroom window for added privacy.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Muy cerca de San Marco, de Rialto y de toda la zona comercial. El piso es amplio, cómodo y estaba bastante limpio. Volvería sin duda

L'alloggio è praticamente in pieno centro della città, in una calle tranquilla a 2 minuti a piedi da pzz San Marco. Ho adorato la possibilità di non essere limitati ad un paio di chiavi fisiche, poiché l'accesso avveniva tramice codice su tastierino numerico. Inoltre il bagno di servizio, posto appena dopo l'ingresso ha favorito positivamente i momenti di sosta tecnica necessari in quanto a Venezia vestito per il Carnevale.
Disporre di un appartamento in pieno centro a Venezia non è tutto oggi. L'host deve anche dimostrare di avere una predisposizione e un attitudine a gestire il cliente che qui nella fase pre-check-in è totalmente mancata. Un semplice fraintendimento ha rischiato seriamente di guastare il mio soggiorno, e colpito negativamente il mio umore; successivamente, ma con grande fatica e grande forza d'animo spero di aver chiarito (anche grazie al supporto di Booking) la situazione all'host.
