Spacious, elevator, clothes washing machine, balcony, location, large rooms.

Noisy at night with boats playing music along the canal. A neighbor had a dog that yapped obsessively, even late at night.

Lovely very spacioys apartment on a rio/ canal. Central location very close to Rialto bridge but in quiet back alley so quiet. All the facilities you need. The lift was great for my elderly mother.

Perfect location, super clean, easy to find and get into, so spacious. Was also very well equipped in the kitchen and tons of towels for the bathroom.

Excellent location close to all POI. Elevator. Really gigantic apartments.

Most problem in this apartments is the channel directly under the all bedrooms windows. As a results - Saturday morning from 7:00 - garbage collection from the restaurants with the casting of the bags with the glass bottles to the metal bottom of the boat, Then delivery boats starts to bring goods. No chance to sleep longer. All weekend in the night, time to time boats with loud music passed by and some time it was till 4 AM in the morning. As well it was small minor problems like strong nasty smell you always feel coming inside apartment, broken toilet brushes, burned kettle and crumbs on the floor.
