The location and the amount of space was amazing!
One of the bedrooms didn’t have good access to AC.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr große Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht (zum kochen alles da, Handtücher…) Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung funktionieren einwandfrei.
Nichts es war alles gut.

The location was excellent! Far enough off the beaten path to be quiet at all times of the day/night. Private water taxi could drop off or pick up at the door. (We had 5 adults with luggage)
First of all it was HOT in Venice. It took a while for the air conditioners to catch up. Once they did it cooled well.

Location was great although noisy as there was building work in the courtyard. You are in between st marks square and Rialto bridge so ie was fabulous.
The stairs were very steep and difficult to go up with luggage especially. Not suitable for young children or elderly people. There was no wifi throughout our stay which was disappointing as the internet provider couldn’t fix it
