Very spacious apartment consisting of a large living room, two triple rooms, one double bedroom, a kitchen with balcony and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). We had a wonderful visit in Venice. This property is in the perfect location. It’s very clean, comfortable beds and adequate kitchen supplies to cook breakfast each morning. My only complaint is the stand alone shower leaks water around the bottom of the glass door. We had to pile a lot of towels along the floor to prevent water from flooding the floor. But I would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again.

While the rooms were very clean and the place had all we needed, check in was rather difficult and it took awhile to find the place and get in the door. Also being on the canal is romantic until you realize just how busy the canal is and there is alot of noise at night. Despite those two things it was a lovely place and location was great and near two very good restaurants and plenty of shopping.

Amenities were good, the stove burner igniter didn’t work though. Also, there is a strong smell in the master bedroom’s bathroom.

Apartment was spacious and clean. It is located near a Piazza San Marco and a small convenience store. Looking out the windows of the bedrooms and seeing gondolas glide by was an unexpected delight.
