San Marco Superior Apartments by Wonderful Italy

The location was amazing - literally a one minute walk to St Marks Square. The apartment was spacious with lovely period features.

The sofas were both very uncomfortable and the beds were really low. We couldn't use the shower in the ensuite as the door was broken (I had seen this comment posted previously so they are obviously are a little slow on repairs!) Also the plastic panel on the flush for the ensuite toilet was broken, although you could still flush the toilet. There was only one pillow per person so we would have liked more. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so you need to carry your suitcase up two flights of stairs. Also due to the historic nature of the building the floors slope so not great for older guests. It is also quite noisy at night due to the central location.

The location was excellent. It had everything we needed for a 4 day holiday. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Water leaked under the shower door, no plastic seal. The door key, it was difficult to get in the apartment on a daily basis. Could have done with extra pillow's

Great location, easy check in. The apartment is spacious and can accomodate 6 persons without problems. Kitchen has all the appliances you might need.

Shower cabin is so small that it is hard to fit in. The doors on the both cabins are broken so you either fight with it while taking a shower or you flood the floors. Also, the cabins need thorough cleaning...

It was comfortable and clean.

No directions on how to use things. Stove top did not work, there is really no balcony, shower and bath pull slide door not safe, the safe lacked directions and could not be used. Directions to the apartment kept referring to Hemingway, and the only place we found Hemingway was on the back of the front door, once we were inside. Must take your own trash out, or you will be charged!
