Very comfortable apartment in a very nice location

You must fetch the keys from the hotel next door. It was an effortless process. The staff were very helpful. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but were comfortable. The wifi worked well. We had 3 people, and all slept comfortably and had enough space to meet other family members in the salon who were staying at another hotel. We had expected Venice- the definition of a city of overtourism- to be quite different, so it was a pleasant surprise to have an oasis of quiet and solitude to return to. :)
A few more towels would have been helpful, as would have a coffee maker in the kitchen. I believe there may have been an American kind of coffee machine, but we just used our own moka or took coffee outside. I may be incorrect!
Additionally, you must take out the rubbish but it wasn't clear as to where. We figured it out. It was not a big deal.
For persons with accessibility issues, it may be difficult as you have to climb two different set of stair to reach the flat.

The location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Paulo was a delight.

Rooms are specious, location was excellent.
Bathrooms need upgrading. That was a major downside for me and my family for a specious property with one bathroom. The door lock was broken and they have been unable to fix this during our stay.
The second property where half of my family stayed the bathroom again needs an upgrade. Shower space was too tight inside a bath and the shower was fitted on the wrong side of the bath lol which made it even worse.
