A comfortable apartment in a cool neighbourhood.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were dark and quiet so we slept very well. Staff at hotel reception were welcoming and helpful.

Incredible stay

I loved absolutely everything about our room. It was actually a two bedroom apartment and the view was just incredible . The location is amazing . The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you! This was worth it and will recommend this hotel with a view to everyone .

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Check in and Check out were fast and easy given the reception desk at Da Bruno Hotel was just across the street. The location was perfect for exploring Venice. There was a grocery store just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and gelato shops close by.

Great apartment with lovely hotel staff!

We had the best stay at Da Bruno homes. The apartment was large and clean, perfect for our family of four, and in an amazing location, right in the centre of Venice, within walking distance to everything. The kitchen and bathroom were modern - everything worked as it should - and the beds were really comfortable. The staff at Hotel Bruno were always so friendly and helpful, they arranged a trip out to Murano for us one day and a Gondola ride on another, even walking us to the pick up points and offering us really interesting ideas and information for our stay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again if coming back to Venice!

Fab stay in a fab place

Brilliant from beginning to end. Lovely clean apartment which was spacious, well appointed and so close to all of the main sights. We had been let down at the last moment by our previous booking and that I feel may have been a blessing as we discovered and loved this place. Down a dark alley that was a 4 minute walk from Rialto, 6 minutes from St Marks Square and everything we wanted. Thanks for this lovely stay.

Venice doesn't get better than this magic apartment. Authentic and comfortable

Superb venue. Friendliest greeting, lots of good information, self catering in huge space right on the canal. everything we needed for a magical experience. Bed perfect, other furnishings not ultra modern but we loved it. Heater, dining space, views and fabulous kitchen. Close to everything important tucked away.

Absolutely wonderful - great view and location . Convenient and useful facilities that made the stay comfortable.

The first floor apartment we stayed in was almost the perfect place to stay in Venice - the view is like a painting and being so close to life on one of the canals is the quintessential Venetian experience.

No complaints from me ( other than a couple of bigger beer & water glasses would be nice!);

We found the apartment very clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, grocery store, 10 minutes to the water bus. Great instructions how to get to the property from the water bus. Very prompt responses from management when needed. Even the heat could be turned on remotely when it became quite cold. Bedrooms were in the back of the apartment away from the street noise.

I didn’t realize there were 2 flights of stairs leading to the 1st floor where the apartment was located. I was traveling with someone with a cane. I probably would not have chosen this place had I know this in advance.

Perfect location for our Venetian trip with gracious and responsive hosts

Perfect location and an amazing apartment- so big! Note than enough room for the 3 of us and very clean and comfortable. I have already highly recommended it to my friends who are coming next year! And the staff... incredible! Escorted is from the reception at Da Bruno hotel and helped us get our bags into the apartment. On departure, they again can to escort is to the water taxi to venice airport, assisting with bags again!! And during our stay they were super responsive with any requests or questions we had via Whatsapp...

Small point... the hot water in the first bathroom shower (near kitchen) was tricky.... the boiler took ages to kick in so first night my daughter had a cold shower. But the trick is to let the hot water run in the bathroom basin to get this fixed for the shower.. easy and they told us as soon as I asked!!

Advertised elevator. Elevator was in the hotel that rented the apartment, but not in the apartment. It was a two floor walk up. I felt deceived. The 37 a challenge for older people with luggage and sometimes groceries.

Excellent location, just a few steps from Piazza San Marco. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even a grocery store right across the street.

The only downside is the access – it’s on the 3rd floor with narrow and steep stairs, and no elevator.

Our stay was great, the location and apartment were really good value for money.

The description of how to get to the check in location was perfect with pictures to explain as well. The apartment was managed through the hotel who were very helpful every time we went to reception with a question. the apartment kitchen is very well equipped. The location was in a great area with enough going on close by to be able to do shopping or people watching and general exploring.

Compromise in the bathroom then this is your place.

Rooms are specious, location was excellent.

Bathrooms need upgrading. That was a major downside for me and my family for a specious property with one bathroom. The door lock was broken and they have been unable to fix this during our stay. The second property where half of my family stayed the bathroom again needs an upgrade. Shower space was too tight inside a bath and the shower was fitted on the wrong side of the bath lol which made it even worse.

We had a wonderful vacation!

The hotel staff was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect!

Of course, there was no elevators… Made it difficult to get the bags up to the rooms. We rented the apartments and weren’t in the hotel part of it. If we didn’t have senior members of our party, we probably wouldn’t have cared that much about that part.

Other than the moldy kitchen sink caulk, it was pleasant.

Location and square footage. It had everything I needed for my week 4 night stay. It had the old world Venetian feel which helped with the ambiance of the whole trip.

All the comforts of home were available in the apartment. Close to all restaurants & shops. Highly recommend it for family.

Twin beds were a bit small for adults, the mattress kept moving off. It was doable. No air conditioning in the third bedroom made it a bit stuffy.

Excellent Venice experience, facilitated by the Da Bruno Hotel and the Charming Apartments.

Key collection was delivered professionally, with 2 hotel colleagues, taking our cases to the apartment, who then opened up for us and handed over the keys. Apartment location was perfect, opposite the hotel, in a central area to all that Venice has to offer. The kitchen is used and rustic, but has everything that you would require. Brand new bathroom fitted, which is a nice touch. Spacious bedroom with a walk-in storage cupboard.

We do not want these comments to be a complaint as such, but the kitchen furniture is ready for an upgrade. Because of the great location, there is a constant hum from the tourists on the busy street below, but this did not really bother us too much.

Great place for a weekend getaway to Venice

The apartment is really spacious, close to everything in Venice, between San Marco and Rialto. Great staff, great everything. It's located just across the small street from Hotel Da Bruno so checkin is really easy.

Wi-fi doesn't really reach the back bedroom, but it's a really small problem that didn't really affect us

Within the city centre hence close of lot of monuments. Amazing, very helpful staff. Huge apartment with all the amenities and services including coffee and washing machine, dishwasher. Did not have to search for things such as washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Everything was kept handy and easy-to-find places. They even kept basic food stuff such as sugar, salt, pepper. Very well maintained rooms.

It could be a task for people with walking disabilities or difficulties as the apartment is located on the third floor.
