Spacious apartment with enough room and air. Good internet speed. Very clean and nice bathroom facilities. For example the glass walls of the shower were spotless and perfectly clear, which is not the case in some apartments for rent. The fact that this apartment is tied to a hotel is also very useful, because this meant they treated the place almost as another hotel room, providing complimentary shower gels, handling bedsheet laundry themselves, allowing to leave luggage at the reception, etc. Both bedrooms having their own separate AC-s was great too. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming!

The air in the lower bedroom could be a bit stuffy or damp-y at times, not sure how this could be improved, but it also wasn't that big of a deal.

Julia was very helpful and kind. The accommodations in Naples were lovely and unexpectedly nice.

This was a comfortable two bedroom apartment with two sofas and a table with chairs in the living area as well as a small balcony and a well equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the central location, about a 10 minute walk in different directions to Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge and a short walk to the ferry stop for both Burano and the Airport. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift but this didn’t cause us any issues. Check in was at the main hotel reception about 5 minutes away which was straightforward and a member of staff walked us to the apartment and we appreciated him carrying our suitcases up the stairs on a very hot day ! Overall, we were very happy with this apartment for our stay in Venice.

Nothing to dislike

Rooms are specious, location was excellent.

Bathrooms need upgrading. That was a major downside for me and my family for a specious property with one bathroom. The door lock was broken and they have been unable to fix this during our stay. The second property where half of my family stayed the bathroom again needs an upgrade. Shower space was too tight inside a bath and the shower was fitted on the wrong side of the bath lol which made it even worse.
