We were there in January at it was a bit cold in the room and we did not manage to get the temperature above 20oC during 2 days we stayed there.

Great location, very spacious and absolutely spotless!
It's such a great apartment but the noise from outside all through the night was so loud! You can hear everything from the street, and unfortunately we had drunk people walking outside until 4am

the room itself was very good, clean, internet worked well - also thanks for 2 small bottles of water, it was really helpful as I came late.
Collecting the key part was awful! You have to go another hotel (yes it is written in the ads) and walk 20 mins (one way) with your luggage across narrow streets in Venice and it is so crowded as expected and that makes it more difficult! If collecting the key was easy (ideally somewhere in the apartment) I would easily give it a 9!
Lastly you should pin the location on google maps to find the actual building easier.
