The location is excellent. You arrive to the San Marco Square in 10-12 minutes, it's very close to the Rialto bridge. The apartment is large, clean, with an equipped kitchen. You get instructions on how to get in and a picture of the door so you'll recognise it. The owner responds quickly.
The floors are cold, so bring your slippers with you. Some more toilet paper would have been reassuring for a group. It may happen you hear people partying outside (but they are not many), and your neighbours below you. They ask you to do the dishes but they do it only on your departure day, it would be good to know it in advance.

The apartment was really central and accessible by foot to most attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets and gelato shops all on your doorstep. The rooms were spacious.
The air conditioner in the main bedroom never worked for our entire stay(during a heat wave). After numerous complaints to the host it was never fixed.
