The apartment is amazing, full of character and completely unique, we were a group of 8 and had plenty of space for all of us. 5 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge, and really close to restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent, she helped us with recommendations and organised water taxis for us. Perfect.
We didn't have any negative issues with this apartment, but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs to the apartment.

Amazing Venetian palatial apartment with grand decor. Extremely good location for main attractions in the centre of Venice, and on the waterways.
Some minor aspects of the property could do with refreshing (older electrics, paintwork), but not a big issue.

Perfect for a 3 generation family holiday, lots of space
I knew there were a lot of stairs but hadn’t realised just how many. Manageable, just, but could be very hard for anyone with even a small fitness issue

Great location. Good number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family
Loud construction and business noise outside of 2 bedrooms.
Lots of stairs to climb with luggage
Heating did not work for a couple of days. Was eventually fixed
Furniture and chairs not comfortable to sit in. Wry worn out
$$$$
