The location was amazing, close to everything. The staff, Alicia was super nice and helpful. Also the apartment was spotless, very clean! I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Prime location, clean, very spacious, on a canal. Lots of small shops around and in the heart of Venice.
Bed in main bedroom needs new matrass. Extremely uncomfortable, and i had to sleep away from my husband on a single bed in different room.
No cutlery found. (Spoons, knives, forks, scissors?)
Doors needs a proper clean specially bathroom door on inside is very dirty.

The location is fantastic right in the heart of Venice and less than 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge and shops. Also very near a supermarket.
The apartment is meant to sleep 4 people but the only toilet to use is in the master bedroom as an ensuite which is not very accessible for everyone and the door did not close properly, so privacy was an issue. The apartment is much smaller than in the photos and I hope you like walking because it's up 3 flights of steep stairs to get to the apartment. We also had an issue with the main door and only 1 person out of 3 of us could figure out how to unlock it. Overall I wouldn't stay at this place again but I've you're just looking for a place to crash in a central location with basic amenities it might be ok for you.
